Selection Criteria for Quran Teachers

To ensure excellence in education, Noor Al Quran Academy follows a strict selection process for its teachers. Our goal is to provide students—especially children and teens—with trusted guidance and a joyful learning experience.

Each of our Quran tutors must:

• Be professional Qaris

• Be a Hafiz or Alim

• Hold a degree from a recognized Islamic institute

• Participate in our training and teaching workshops before teaching

• Have strong command over Tajweed and Tarteel

• Understand modern teaching methods and individual student needs

• Show consistency, dedication, and patience with learners

• Maintain a humble, friendly, and approachable attitude
